SATISFACTORY LANDLORD REFERENCES REQUIRED - NO EVICTIONS IN THE PAST 36 MONTHS (Some circumstances considered). Applicant must have 36 months of verifiable residential history. Applicants without rental history may be required to utilize a co-signer.
PROOF OF VERIFIABLE INCOME: Minimum 3X monthly rent.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Social Security, child support, AFDC income, and related assistance. Must have supporting documents if such income is to be included.
